This may be new but since I am not the original purchaser I have listed this as used. It turns easily. I don't know anything about candy machines, this was purchased in a storage unit with a whole bunch of other machine parts. Most of which got thrown away. I did save a large ring of keys that I will be listing in a separate auction.
